What to Expect
Stargazing starts once the sun sets and the sky clears. Between looking upward at constellations, families can check out craft stations, sip warm drinks, play games, and snack on seasonal treats. The drop-in format means you can arrive when it fits your schedule and leave when it’s time to call it a night.

Why It’s Worth Your Evening
The museum has built a reputation for family events that work for both kids and adults. The Campus Parking Plaza location offers easy access, plenty of parking, and enough space for kids to move around between activities without disrupting the stargazers.

Free admission means you can save your budget for dinner at one of downtown Bentonville’s restaurants afterward. Locals know the square fills up on Friday nights, so this gives you a head start on the evening before hitting up spots like Pressroom or Tusk & Trotter.
Layer up. It gets chilly after sunset, particularly if you’re planning to stargaze. See you under the stars.
