The Family Story Behind the Counter
Cory and Lyndsy Jacobs aren’t just franchise owners. They’re fans. Lyndsy grew up eating Goodcents in her hometown of Springfield, MO, and after settling in Fayetteville, the couple saw a gap worth filling. “Fayetteville is an amazing community, and we truly felt that people here deserved the chance to enjoy the Goodcents experience the way our family does,” Cory said. “We can’t wait to open our doors and become a favorite local spot.”
The Fayetteville location is the third Goodcents in Arkansas, alongside locations in Bentonville and El Dorado.
Bread Baked In-House, Meat Sliced to Order
Goodcents has been doing things this way since 1989, and the approach hasn’t changed. Every loaf comes out of the oven twice a day using the brand’s proprietary Founder’s Pride dough, soft and pillowy in a way that sets it apart from your average sub bread. Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh for each order.
What You’re Ordering
The menu has a lot going on, and that’s a good thing. The signature subs are where most people start. The Goodcents Original stacks freshly sliced ham, bologna, salami, pepperoni, and cheese. The Penny Club goes the deli route with roast beef, turkey, ham, and cheese. For something lighter, the Tuna Salad sub keeps it simple with light tuna, mayo, celery, pickles, and cheese, and there’s a Vegetarian option loaded with fresh veggies and your choice of cheese.
The baked pasta lineup is worth a look too. Options include Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta, Baked Pasta with Meatballs, and Baked Marinara Pasta, all made with penne noodles and baked with mozzarella cheese.
For groups, Goodcents offers catering boxes in both signature and classic sub varieties, with 12 or 20 mini subs per box and a full dress kit included.
Find Your Way There
