The Aircraft
“That’s All, Brother” is the C-47A troop carrier that led the Airborne Invasion on D-Day, June 6, 1944, carrying 101st Airborne Division paratroopers into France. Its crew named it as a message to Adolf Hitler. During the rest of WWII, it served in Operation Dragoon, Market Garden, the Relief of Bastogne, and Operation Varsity.

The Yellow Rose is a B-25 Mitchell bomber like the ones flown by the Doolittle Raiders during the Raid Over Tokyo on April 18, 1942.
Both aircraft are offering living history flight experiences throughout the weekend.
What the Flight Experience Looks Like
Each experience lasts about one hour total. You’ll check in an hour before takeoff for a safety briefing, a history briefing, and a photo op with the crew. From there, you’ll watch the engine start-up sequence, taxi to the runway, and experience a full engine run-up before takeoff. Once airborne, the flight lasts approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Rides are $250 per passenger, a special price honoring the 250th birthday of the United States.
Before You Book
Passengers in the Yellow Rose must be at least 12 years old. For “That’s All Brother,” the minimum age is 5, and passengers ages 5 to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the flight.

All passengers must weigh no more than 250 pounds and must be able to board and exit the aircraft without assistance. The Yellow Rose requires ladder entry, while “That’s All Brother” uses stairs. You may be asked to demonstrate boarding ability before the flight.

A liability release through holdharmless.org must be completed and signed before boarding. For minors ages 5 to 17, a parent or guardian must complete the Minor Hold Harmless agreement and be present on flight day.
Wear long pants and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in and around the aircraft.

Beyond the Flight Line
A car show, historical reenactors, and vendors round out the grounds, so there’s plenty to take in even if you stay on the tarmac.
