Free Music and Dancing Is Coming to Historic Downtown Prairie Grove
Put on by 2nd Saturday Trades Day, the Downtown Street Dance was moved from its original June 13 date to June 27 due to heavy rainfall predictions. Historic Downtown Prairie Grove is shutting down Main Street for a night of live music, food trucks, drinks, and dancing. Grab your lawn chairs and head out.

The Band Worth Dancing To
The Dead Horse Mountain Band featuring Regina Caeli is headlining. They’ve played Prairie Grove’s Main Street Farmers’ Market and the Clothesline Fair multiple times over the past four years, so this crowd knows them. Expect a set that covers a lot of ground genre-wise.

Food, Drinks, and a Block Worth Exploring
Food trucks will be on-site, and downtown businesses are staying open late. Wander the block between sets and see what’s open.

This year’s food vendors include Prairie Grove Lions Club, Rojas Flavors, and Sunshine Shack. Worth knowing: no water slides or bounce houses at this one. Just music, dancing, and the people who showed up for it.

Plan Your Night
The event is put on by 2nd Saturday Trades. Bring your lawn chairs, show up early, and stay for the whole set. It’s a free night out in a town that knows how to throw a good one.
