What’s in Store for You

This free celebration has been a 30-year Fayetteville tradition that brings everyone together, so you’ll want to be here. Light Night launches the festivities on November 21 at 6:00 PM with a countdown and ceremonial flip of the giant switch, complete with live music. After that, the lights glow nightly from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM through January 1, 2026, giving you a beautiful backdrop for evening strolls and photos.

The Lights of the Ozarks Parade rolls through on Thursday, December 4 at 6:30 PM. You’ll catch floats, performers, and decorated vehicles, including SWEPCO’s festive bucket truck and electric vehicle, with their crew greeting you along the parade route.

Bring your kids for Santa photos on the east side of the Square during select evenings in December.

Dogs are welcome on leashes, so bring your furry friend along. When you’re ready to warm up, you’ll find plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes serving everything from hot drinks to full dinners.

Bundle up and head downtown to be part of it.
