Late February brings warmer weather and the return of Send It South Bike & Music Festival. The Momentary becomes your adventure headquarters for a weekend that brings together mountain biking, live performances, and a community that shows up ready to ride.
Send It South is built for riders who want to push their limits on Northwest Arkansas mountain bike trails, then celebrate with friends over great food and live music that keeps the energy going after you’ve clocked out from the day’s rides.
Hit the Trails Your Way
You can tackle scenic winter rides with sweeping Ozark Mountain views or test your skills at the inaugural bike olympics and rodeo right on the Momentary campus. Late February in NWA typically brings solid riding conditions, cool enough to keep you comfortable on climbs without freezing your fingers off. If you’ve been chasing hero dirt, the timing could work in your favor.
The Lineup That’ll Keep You Moving
When you’re ready to hang up the helmet for the day, Send It South delivers with a music lineup stacked with regional talent. This year’s roster features Adam Faucett, JD Clayton, Winyah, RIO KOSTA, Uncle Lucius, the 502s, Dublcious, and Evan Honer. These artists bring the kind of energy that makes you forget your legs are tired from riding all day.
Your Home Base for the Weekend
Between rides and sets, the Momentary becomes your gathering spot. Warm up at the RØDE House Lodge, grab a spot around one of the glowing fire pits, and swap stories about the trails you conquered. The chef-driven food offerings keep you fueled throughout the weekend, and when the sun starts to drop, head up to the Tower Bar for sunset views and a well-deserved drink.
The beer garden and happy hours mean you’ll always have a reason to stick around, catch up with old friends, and make new ones who share your love for two wheels and good music.
