The evening kicks off at 5:15 PM with a painting session guided by a mermaid. Grab a glass of wine from the self-serve station and create your own themed artwork while your aquatic instructor offers tips and inspiration.

At 6:00 PM, dinner moves to Party Cove, where tables are set beside the shark tank with Valentine’s Day touches. Olive Garden provides the meal with fresh salad, warm breadsticks, and a choice of up to four classic pasta dishes. Watching sharks glide past while you twirl fettuccine makes for an unusual dinner backdrop.

The Big Show starts at 7:00 PM by the shark tank. Staff members bring out sharks, stingrays, and reptiles for a show-and-tell session full of fun facts and Q&A time.
