Namaste India is the Amazeum’s newest traveling exhibit, and it’s all about stepping into the heart of Indian culture. The goal is to help visitors see both the similarities and differences between their own lives and those of children growing up in India. To bring that idea to life, the exhibit sets up immersive environments like a dhaba-style restaurant, a bustling marketplace, a tuk tuk ride, and even a peek inside a family home and school. You will also find iconic spaces such as the Taj Mahal and the glitter of Bollywood woven into the experience. Designed to spark curiosity and connection, it blends timeless traditions with a look toward the future through hands-on discovery, art, food, and play.

Be the first to celebrate at Member Preview Day! Starting September 27 at 9 AM, enjoy the beats of a Marathi Dhol drum, traditional dance, cultural clothing, henna, and Rangoli art until 11. From 12–4 PM, create Mandalas, join surprise activities, and enter a basket giveaway. Members also score 20% off most store items all day (excludes local makers and LEGO).
