Tour Europe One Glass at a Time at Ledger’s Balcony Bar
You don’t need a passport to tour Europe’s wine country this summer. Ledger is bringing the continent to you on a sixth-floor balcony in Bentonville, and the lineup they’ve put together is the kind of thing that turns into a longer conversation about which bottle you’re tracking down next.

Pour Decisions Await
Ledger’s Icons of Europe is a guided wine tasting that takes you through six European wine regions in a single sitting. Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Portugal each get their moment in the glass, and the lineup covers a real range of styles, from a crisp Gruner Veltliner to a rich Amarone to a 10-year Tawny Port to close things out.

Here’s what you’ll be tasting:
- Austria: Vorspannhof Mayr, Gruner Veltliner
- France: Domaine Fournier, Sancerre “Les Belles Vignes”
- Germany: Borell-Diehl Pinot Noir Kastanienberg (2020)
- Spain: La Rioja Alta, Vina Ardanza Reserva 2019
- Italy: Antiche Terre Venete, Amarone
- Portugal: Pocas Junior, 10 Year Tawny Port
Good Things Come in Small Bites
Small bites will be served alongside the wines, so you can pace yourself through all six pours. The setting helps too. You’ll be up on Ledger’s 6th Floor Balcony Bar, which makes a June evening in Bentonville a lot more enjoyable.

Space is limited, so reserve your seat soon. Head to Ledger’s event page to grab your spot.
