🔗 More info
The Eureka Springs Zombie Crawl is where the undead come to party. When the clock hits 6 PM, the parade begins with hundreds of zombies lurching through downtown, dripping in fake blood and Halloween spirit. It’s messy, it’s loud, and it’s easily one of the most fun things you’ll see all Halloween weekend.
But the fun starts long before the parade. Spend the afternoon getting into character with the free Thriller dance class from 12–2 PM at Basin Park, then swing by the zombie makeup station from 12–6 PM, where pros show off their zombie make up skills. You can also explore two markets available in different locations. The Nightmare in the Ozarks Vendors at the Auditorium (12–5 PM) and the Macabre Market on Center Street (12–8 PM), both are packed with handmade horror art, eerie décor, and Halloween treasures.
And if you’re feeling brave, test your limits at the Brain Buffet Eating Contest at 4 PM in Basin Park before the undead take over at sunset. And for those making a full weekend of it, the Nightmare in the Ozarks Film Festival runs October 22–25 at The Aud, serving up horror flicks leading right into the big crawl. It’s a fun way to celebrate the spooky season, so see you at the Eureka Springs!
