Five Stations, Zero Complaints

The buffet at Falfurrias runs deep. Your group moves through five stations at your own pace, starting with the Fresh Station — assorted fruit, freshly baked pastries, roasted vegetable quinoa salad, and a strawberry spinach salad. The Breakfast Station follows with pearl sugar waffles, applewood smoked bacon, pork sausage links, and breakfast potatoes, plus a made-to-order omelet bar to keep things lively.

By the time you reach the Lunch Station, you’re looking at herb roasted chicken, blackened salmon, cilantro lime rice, and chicken fingers. The flatbread options close it out with three choices: classic bacon, ham and cheddar; TX brisket with jalapeño sausage; and roasted vegetable.

Falfurrias sits on the rooftop of the AC Hotel, one of the more distinctive spots in downtown Bentonville.
