Five Courses Straight From The Season
Chef Daniel Ernce leads the kitchen for the night, leaning on local and seasonal ingredients as the fall harvest rolls in. You’ll start with a charred eggplant tartare finished with egg jam, dukkah, and herbs, then move into a tomato course layered with tomato water, rose, mussels, and miso. Next, you’ll get a bacon course that brings together strawberry, watermelon, sweet pepper, basil, and barbecue sauce, followed by duck served with sweet potato sauce, brown butter, and carrot. You’ll finish with a sweet potato dessert course finished in dark chocolate, brown butter, and Earl Grey.

Wine Poured By A Master
You’ll get your wine poured by Laura Williamson, Northwest Arkansas-raised and one of the few women in the world to hold the Master Sommelier title. She pairs each course with a wine from her own portfolio and walks you through her picks as the night goes on, matching pours to Chef Ernce’s menu course by course.

The kitchen has one rule for the night: no substitutions, so you’ll be eating the menu exactly as Chef Ernce and Williamson built it.

If you’ve been looking for a reason to try something different this fall, this is it. Pull up a seat at Zelli Pasta and let Chef Ernce’s menu and Williamson’s wine pairings take it from there.
