Two Days of Holiday Shopping
Friday is the warm-up. The market opens at 3 p.m., so you can finish the leftovers, skip the big-box lines and shop the first evening with a hot drink in hand. Saturday is the main event: Small Business Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the full lineup of vendors set up for the day.
Expect handmade ornaments, home decor, candles, jewelry, baked goods and the kind of gifts that get a “wait, where did you find this?” instead of a polite thank-you. Every booth is a local maker or small business, so the people behind the table are the people who made the thing.
Free Photos with Santa
Santa and Mrs. Claus are on site both days, and photos are free. Bring the kids, bring the dog, bring the matching pajamas if that’s your family’s thing. He has seen it all.
The Live Nativity Is Back
One of the market’s favorite traditions returns this year. The live nativity sets up outside with real animals and twinkling lights, which makes for a nice reset between the shopping and the Santa line. Go after dark on Friday if you can. It looks best with the lights on.
