Fire Up Your Fork
Chefs and Fire is Apple Seeds’ more laid-back take on their annual Evening at the Farm fundraiser. The format is simple: chefs from Wood Stone, Atlas, Bloom Cheese Collective, Conifer, Ryn, Gaskin’s on Emma, Meiji, and Chūō Izakaya each cook one dish over open flame. You grab a plate, talk to the chef at the fire, then move on to the next one. Cooking setups range from plancha to a 6-foot fire dome.

Who’s Behind the Fire
Between them, these chefs have 2 James Beard nominations, 11 current restaurant affiliations, more than 110 years of combined culinary experience, and a history of supporting more than 20 Apple Seeds events. Each dish is paired with a cocktail or a Crisis Brewing Company specialty brew picked to match what’s coming off the flame.

Get Your Ticket
Your ticket goes toward Apple Seeds’ food education programs. The evening also includes drinks, live music, and time to walk the orchard and farm grounds.
