Campfires and Creekside Music Set the Scene at Old Friends Reunion in Prairie Grove
Down a short drive south of Prairie Grove, where two creeks meet at the mouth of Garrett Hollow, you’ll find Old Friend Farms opening its gates for a weekend of campfires, creek water, and live music drifting through the trees. This is Old Friends Reunion, a family-run homestead’s answer to the modern festival, where you can trade your usual routine for primitive camping, skill sharing, and a lineup of songwriters who feel like they belong exactly here.

Gina Leslie, Chicken Milk, Agalisiga Mackey, Raina Rose, Calvin Arsenia, Leonie Evans, Firetale Theatre, The Creek Rocks, and Still on the Hill anchor your main lineup, alongside Fullbloods, Mike Dillon and Earl Harvin, Handmade Moments, Kalyn Fay, Elam Blackman, and Grace Rowland. Skills Worth Packing Home
Beyond the music, you can lean into the festival’s skill-sharing roots. Workshops run throughout the weekend, so you can pick up something practical alongside the performances, all set against a backdrop of primitive camping in the Boston Mountains.
A Homestead Worth Protecting
You’ll be camping across roughly 80 acres of natural wilderness and 40 acres of open pasture, and the organizers treat that land as part of your experience. Old Friends Reunion runs as a Leave No Trace event, so everything you bring in goes back out with you. Trash bags and clearly labeled recycling bins are provided on site to make that easy.
Lend a Hand or Set Up Shop
If you’d rather work than watch, you can pick up a Volunteer pass for $150, or $50 with a discount code, and trade a few hours of your time for a spot at the weekend. Got something to sell? Vendor space runs $150 if you want to set up shop on site for the full run of the festival.
