A Toast to New Beginnings
Canopy Northwest Arkansas works to build a welcoming community for refugees and immigrants, and its Entrepreneurship Program is a big part of that. Since 2020, Canopy has partnered with the Neighborhood Development Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, running its Plan It! curriculum to give aspiring immigrant business owners training, mentorship, and hands on business development support.

This expo celebrates Cohort 10, a group of participants who spent the last 12 weeks building business plans and preparing to launch. Stop by and meet the entrepreneurs behind these new ventures, serving up international cuisine and offering products and services you haven’t come across yet.
What to Expect
Snacks and drinks are provided at no cost, so grab a plate and start working the room. Take your time at each table and hear directly from the entrepreneurs about what they’re building.

Bring a friend and leave with a few new favorite local spots to try.
