Chef Timothy Ordway Takes the Table
Wednesdays Over Water is Chef Timothy Ordway and his team of culinary artists hosting a casual evening at the table. Expect handcrafted small plates and expert insights from the folks who actually made them.
Art You Can Eat (Literally)
Every dinner follows a chosen theme. Sometimes it’s pulled from an artwork in the museum’s galleries and exhibitions. Sometimes it’s a particular culinary art or tradition. Either way, the kitchen turns the elements of that theme into edible art across four courses. Reading the placard is nice. Tasting it is better.
A Pour for Every Plate
Each course arrives with hand-picked libations. Your hosts serve up spirited commentary (pun fully intended), and guests from the Culinary team join in along the way, so every pairing comes with a story.

Your Next Dinner-Party Conversation Starter
Between courses, you get an inside look at the art and artistry of great cuisine. That means you’ll never run out of things to say to the fellow foodie in the next chair.
Tickets are $120 plus tax, or $115 plus tax for members. That covers a welcome cocktail, every food course, and every beverage, so there’s no bar tab sneaking up on you at dessert. Prefer to book by phone? Guest Services can handle it.
Can’t make December? Wednesdays Over Water returns every month with a new theme, so there’s always another round to see what the kitchen dreams up next.
See you there, NWA.
