SoFresh Brings Warm Bowls, Wraps, and a Fresh Lunch Option to Rogers
Your lunch rotation just got a new option. SoFresh opened October 22 in Rogers’ Pinnacle Hills district, bringing made-to-order bowls, salads, wraps, quesadillas, and smoothies to Northwest Arkansas. It’s the brand’s first Arkansas location, with a local husband-and-wife team behind it.
For anyone who finds themselves in Pinnacle Hills around lunchtime, here’s a new address to keep handy.
Full disclosure: SoFresh invited our family to opening night and were kind enough to cover our meal (even though we forgot to RSVP!). Everything here is our own take.

What’s Going in Your Bowl?
Warm bowls give you several directions to go. The Greek Bowl pairs brown rice and spinach with chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, pickled onions, and tzatziki. The Bangkok Bowl takes the noodle route, combining Asian garlic noodles with mushrooms, kale, red onions, toasted almonds, and teriyaki. Feeling more fall? The Golden Bowl brings together roasted sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese, quinoa, kale, and brown rice with balsamic vinaigrette.
You can also build your own bowl with two bases, three mix-ins, and a sauce, then add a protein. Choices include chicken, steak, salmon, shrimp, and organic tofu. One detail to know before ordering: the signature bowls list protein separately.
Beyond the Bowl
There’s a Pesto Club Wrap with bacon, mozzarella, tomatoes, romaine, and basil pesto, plus quesadillas and smoothies. Kids have their own choices, including a cheesy quesadilla and customizable bowls and salads.
The Rogers location also offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, giving groups with different preferences a few ways to work out lunch together.
