Hosted by Fayetteville Haunts, the Ghost Walk of the Square digs into the eerie history of the Fayetteville Square, sharing haunted tales and paranormal encounters that have been whispered about for generations. Forget daytime history lessons. The tour kicks off after dark, adding an extra layer of atmosphere (and maybe a little adrenaline) to the experience. You’ll spend 90 minutes wandering the historic square, stopping at key locations where tragedy, mystery, and the unexplained have left their mark. And yes, this is the NC-17 version, so expect darker stories, creepier details, and a few things that’ll make you grateful you’re not walking home alone.

Skeptic, believer, or just someone who loves a good ghost story? Local guides from Fayetteville Haunts bring the history to life (or, well, back from the dead) with well-researched tales and a few surprises along the way. If you missed the free version at Fayetteville Public Library, this is your chance to catch the unfiltered, more intense version of the city’s haunted past.

While you’re welcome to go solo, fair warning: some of these stories hit different when you’re walking past a dimly lit alley at night. Bring a friend, a date, or anyone brave enough to handle a few goosebumps. Tickets are available now, and they tend to fill up fast.
