One Lie Spins Into Something Unstoppable

You’ll watch Evan Hansen, a highly anxious high schooler who gets caught in a web of lies. After a classmate dies by suicide, Evan tells the grieving family a comforting lie, claiming they had been best friends, and you’ll see that lie take on a life of its own until Evan becomes the face of a tragedy far beyond anything he meant to start. The musical is a Tony Award-winning stage production that also became a 2021 film, and it still lands the same gut punch it always has.
