Eden Garrett, the award-winning florist behind Eden’s Flower Truck, guides participants through creating professional-looking arrangements from scratch. No experience necessary—just enthusiasm and the ability to follow directions while slightly buzzed on complimentary wine.
The workshop covers everything from selecting store-bought flowers to conditioning them properly, plus all the insider tricks that separate a grocery store bouquet from something that looks expensive. Everyone creates their own arrangement to take home, using premium, fresh-cut flowers provided by Eden’s.

For $45, your ticket includes a complimentary charcuterie board, mocktails or cocktails, plus sodas and water. And if Eden’s drink selection doesn’t hit the spot, you’re welcome to BYOB—because nothing says “creative expression” like your favorite bottle of rosé.
