Once the wheels stop, things shift to the shop. Grindstone is pouring seasonal coffee specials and handcrafted affogatos, the espresso-over-ice-cream move that counts as both a drink and dessert. Local vendors set up for a meet and greet, so you can shop small while you sip, and giveaways run throughout the morning.
