Ippudo Guest Chefs Bring Authentic Japanese Ramen to Brightwater
Ippudo, the internationally acclaimed ramen restaurant with locations from Tokyo to New York, is sending guest chefs to Bentonville for a special two-day event at Brightwater’s Center for the Study of Food. World of Ramen offers you a taste of authentic regional Japanese ramen without leaving Northwest Arkansas.

World of Ramen marks the launch of an ongoing series that will explore the rich regional diversity of ramen across Japan, with each future installment spotlighting a different area and its distinct ramen traditions. This debut event showcases Ippudo’s signature style with rich, velvety broths, springy noodles, and carefully layered flavors that have earned the restaurant its reputation in the ramen world.

Bowls Served Hot
Brightwater is treating this like a Food Concert, with staggered seating every 30 minutes to ensure your bowl arrives at the table steaming hot. Each dining experience runs about an hour, giving you time to savor the craftsmanship in every component. The menu is set and meat-based, designed to highlight what made Ippudo an international name.
You can choose from lunch and dinner seatings across both days.

What to Expect
The guest chefs bringing their expertise to Bentonville will craft each bowl with the same attention to balance, texture, and depth that Ippudo has built its reputation on. You’ll taste the craftsmanship that goes into every element, from the hours-long broth preparation to the precise noodle texture.

Each future installment of World of Ramen will shift focus to a different region of Japan, bringing new ingredients, techniques, and stories to Brightwater. This debut event sets the stage for what’s to come.
