Lace Up for Fayetteville’s Summer Sizzler

Who says you need to drive to the coast for beach party vibes? The Summer Sizzler Fayetteville is bringing the ultimate summer party to Walker Park on Saturday, September 6, 2025.

The Beach Party Challenge adds a fun element to the race—at each water station, you’ll pick up a beach toy or item to carry with you for the remainder of the race. Think pool noodles, beach balls, and who knows what else. The catch? You’ve got to cross the finish line with all your newfound treasures in hand.

Choose from 5K, 10K, or 15K distances, plus a 1-mile option and a Kids Dash for the little ones. And if September 6th doesn’t work with your schedule? No problem—the virtual race option lets you earn the same swag while running on your own time.

The pricing structure keeps things family-friendly, with youth-based pricing for participants 12 and under at just $17 for the 5K/10K.
