Appetizers to start: Blackberry Arnold Palmers, Glazed Meatballs, Fried Green Tomato Canapés, and a Pickled Vegetable Bar.
Buffet dinner includes:
- Glazed Pork Shoulder
- Arkansas Blackened Chicken with a pan sauce
- Roasted Mushroom & Delta Rice Ragout (vegetarian option)
- Butter Lettuce & Granny Smith Apple Salad with candied pecans, blue cheese, and a Maple Vinaigrette
- Roasted Arkansas Seasonal Vegetables, Delta Rice Pilaf, Classic Southern Coleslaw
- Homemade cornbread with Sorghum Butter
- Pecan Pie Bread Pudding
- Delta Orchard Spritz (Sweet Roots, Pear Juice, Lemon Juice, Sparkling Wine)
The night ends with a pour of Sweet Roots Arkansas Brown, Founders Addition, served neat with warmed pecans.
