Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is bringing sports and culture together in its newest exhibition, Get in the Game: Sports, Art, Culture. Organized by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the show explores how artists and designers have captured the spirit, pressure, and passion of athletics—from Olympic arenas to neighborhood fields.

Visitors will encounter portraits, installations, and interactive works that highlight both iconic figures and everyday athletes. Highlights include a striking depiction of swimmer Diana Nyad’s endurance, a recreation of Billie Jean King’s historic Battle of the Sexes match, and a tribute to Arkansas native Scottie Pippen, celebrated as both an NBA champion and cultural icon.

The exhibit opens this Saturday, so come along and explore how sports meets art.
