What to Expect When You Show Up
The discussions cover balancing work and self-care, navigating relationships, and carving out space for yourself. February’s gathering focuses on mental stress, exploring different perspectives and tools that actually work in your daily life.
You’ll share strategies, support each other, and recognize you’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed. This isn’t a networking event or a lecture. It’s an honest exchange among women who understand what it means to carry constant responsibility.

A Series Worth Showing Up For
Each month tackles different dimensions of wellbeing across three monthly gatherings. February addresses mental stress patterns, March focuses on how stress shows up in your body, and April explores stress in your daily life. Each session builds on practical tools you can use immediately.
Come find your people, share your truth, and replenish what’s been running dry.
