Ride Into the Golden Hour at the Witches Ride at Sunset

Halloween on horseback is happening this Saturday.

You’ll dress like a witch and gallop into the dusk on actual horses for “Witches Ride at Sunset” which will be a Halloween weekend experience at Creekside Park in Farmington where you will get to decorate your own witch hat and ride together through the golden hour.

So if you’re up for some adventure this Halloween, this one is for you.

The evening will start with decorating your own witch hat. No need to worry about materials because ribbons, feathers, and flair will already be provided. This is a great time to bring out that creativity and also bond with your fellow witches for the night. 

By 6:30 PM, the adventure begins as you ride through NWA’s beautiful sunset. This is a guided ride, so if you’re a beginner, you are definitely welcome. All you need to bring is clothes you can ride in comfortably, closed-toe shoes or boots, and if you’re feeling extra witchy, some additional hat decorations to make your look uniquely yours.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, so you don’t have to worry about anything but enjoying the sunset and the vibes. The fun doesn’t end after the ride. There will be a Cackle Contest where the most contagious cackle wins. If you dare to join, practice your cackle now!

It’s an adventurous and fun way to celebrate Halloween. And didn’t we mention? It’s also going to be intimate, with just 13 spots available. This is intentionally designed for a small coven of riders who want something more meaningful than another night of trick-or-treating.
