Sip, Savor, and Learn at Markham & Fitz’s Chocolate and Whiskey Tasting
Markham & Fitz is pairing chocolate with whiskey for an evening that explores flavors you might not expect. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how they make their chocolate and taste some creations that haven’t gone public yet.

What’s on Pour
You’ll start with a guided walk through several Markham & Fitz chocolate bars, learning how to pick up on different cacao origins and roast levels. The whiskey comes next, with pours chosen to either complement the chocolate or create contrast.
The R&D bars are test batches and one-off creations with bold flavors and single-origin cacao. You’ll also get a tour of the workspace where raw cacao becomes finished bars, tasting cacao at different processing stages. Beer pairings close out the evening.

You like chocolate and want to know more about what you’re tasting. No expertise required. The session walks you through both chocolate and whiskey pairings so you’ll leave understanding more about both.
