Take Your Shot at Pumpkin Shootin’ Days in Bentonville

Forget carving pumpkins this fall. 

At The Quiver Archery Range, you get to shoot them. The local archery hub is hosting Pumpkin Shootin’ Days this weekend, giving you the chance to grab a bow, take aim, and send some gourds flying.Seasoned archer or first-timer, this free event (for members) offers a unique twist on fall festivities. 

You can now ditch the hayrides and corn mazes. This time it’s just the bow and arrow, and some pumpkins to destroy.

At Pumpkin Shootin’ Days, you’ll get to unleash your inner Robin Hood (or Katniss, if you like that better) by shooting arrows at pumpkins set up as targets. It’s satisfying, slightly messy, and way more fun than carving jack-o’-lanterns with a butter knife. Each one-hour session gives you plenty of time to perfect your aim, try different techniques, and maybe show off a little. The range is designed for archers of all skill levels, including first-timers.

Sessions fill up fast, so plan ahead and reserve your time slot early. Refunds aren’t available unless Peel Compton Foundation cancels due to low participation or weather.
