The fun starts before you even order a drink: Callisto doesn’t even have a sign. You’ll enter through the Midnight Gallery at 407 SW A Street, where local art covers every wall. But don’t get too distracted by the masterpieces—your tropical escape is waiting behind a painting that serves as a secret door. Yes, really.
