The presentation, hosted by Wild Ones – Ozark Chapter, covers the core concepts of native plant landscaping: what makes a plant native, why native species matter for local ecosystems and wildlife, and how to get started on your own site. Davis walks through how to select plants based on your site conditions, how to design and prepare native plant beds that are low-maintenance over time, and the most common mistakes to avoid.
