Walton Arts Center Opens Its Doors to Preview Its 35th Season
If your list of “shows I meant to see” keeps growing instead of shrinking, Walton Arts Center is giving you a shot at fixing that. Grab a seat, bring your questions, and let the people who program the season point you toward what’s worth your time this year.

What You’ll Learn
The programming team is hosting two season overviews, one at 5 p.m. and another at 6 p.m., where they’ll walk through each production so you know what you’re getting before you buy a ticket.
More Than a Preview
Staff will be on hand to talk through the Classroom Series and the Friends program, and to answer questions about accessibility services. Bring your phone if you want hands-on help getting your ticket wallet set up. If you’ve been curious about volunteering, you can learn how to join the volunteer corps or the local crew, and there’s a preview of the upcoming cocktail classes too.

Catch It Before It’s Gone
The exhibition lives a few blocks away at the Alexander Gallery inside the Porter Art Warehouse, 212 N. West Ave. Swing by while you’re downtown to see This Wheel’s Still on Fire: The Legacy of Levon Helm. The exhibition closes Sept. 6, so this is one of the last chances to see it.

Come hungry for options and leave with a season you’re actually excited about.
