Fayetteville’s getting a new spot just for drinks this fall

If you’re like me and sometimes just want a solid drink without all the fuss, you’ll want to hear about this. USip, a fresh new concept started by Justin Burnett, William Burbank, and former NFL quarterback Sean Salisbury, is opening their very first location right here in Fayetteville at 413 N. West Ave this fall.

What’s the deal?

Here’s the scoop: no food, no alcohol, just drinks. Think sodas, teas, energy drinks, lemonades, and sports drinks—all the good stuff to sip on when you want something refreshing but don’t need a full meal or a buzz. What’s cool is that USip plans to match their drink menus with the vibe of each college town they land in—so Fayetteville’s spot will have that local flavor baked in.

Why stop by?

Sometimes you just want to grab a drink without the usual crowded bar scene or coffee shop hustle. USip promises to be a laid-back place to chill, rehydrate, or grab your caffeine or energy fix while hanging out. Plus, it’s fun to watch a new brand start right here before they pop up in places like Baton Rouge, College Station, and Austin.

413 N. West Ave is shaping up to be a nice little corner to meet friends or take a quick drink break. Perfect spot for those days when you want something tasty but simple.
