Champagne, Beats, and Sugar at Midnight
The night kicks off at 7 PM, giving you time to grab a seat, order from the exclusive cocktail menu, and settle in before the countdown begins. At 11 PM, everyone raises a glass for the champagne toast timed to the New York ball drop. You get to celebrate twice without staying up past your bedtime.
Brock Entertainment provides the soundtrack with a private DJ keeping the energy up all night. The dessert menu features creations made specifically for the bash, including chocolate cigars and tiramisu brownies you won’t find during regular hours. The cocktail menu follows the same approach with drinks crafted just for the party.
