Why Your Plunge Matters
Special Olympics Arkansas provides year-round sports training, competition opportunities, and community programs that create real inclusion and opportunity for athletes statewide. Your participation directly supports these programs and helps ensure that every athlete has access to the resources and support they need.

The event brings together individuals, teams, and families who want to make a tangible difference. You’ll be joining a community of people who believe in showing up, even when the water temperature says otherwise.

Plunge Perks Worth Freezing For
Your fundraising efforts come with rewards. A $50 minimum donation per plunger gets you the official 2026 Polar Plunge t-shirt. Raise between $250 and $499, and you’ll receive a t-shirt, towel, and three raffle tickets for a chance to win cash at the plunge.

The prizes scale up from there: $500-$749 brings seven raffle tickets, $750-$999 earns you 10 tickets, $1,000-$1,499 gets you 15 tickets, and $1,500 or more lands you 25 raffle tickets. All raffle tickets enter you in a drawing at the end of Plunge season for up to $1,500 in cash prizes.
Dress Warm, Plunge Cold
Layers are your friend here. You’ll shed them quickly once you commit to the plunge, but they’ll keep you comfortable while you wait. Bring your energy and prepare to join hundreds of other participants ready to support Special Olympics Arkansas.

You can register solo, gather a group of friends, or organize a team to take on the challenge together. See you there!
