Pick Your Distance
There’s a race for however you want to spend your Sunday morning. Choose from a Kid’s Dash for ages 10 and under, a 1 Mile fun run, a 5K, a 10K, or the Half Marathon. If you can’t make it to Springdale, a Virtual Run option lets you complete the distance on your own schedule, and you can also sign up for Volunteer then Run if you want to do both.

Run the Kid’s Dash or 1 Mile and you’re untimed. Sign up for the 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon and you’re running an officially timed race.
What You Get for Signing Up
Your registration gets you a bib, a shirt, a finisher medal, free race photos, and snacks waiting at the finish line. If your kid runs the dash, they get their own kid-sized version: a mini bib, a youth-sized shirt, and a medal made just for them. Sign up for the 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon and you also get chip timing with live results, since the Mile and Kid’s Dash aren’t chip-timed.

Just know that shirt sizes aren’t guaranteed for late sign-ups. Register by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before race day to lock in your size.
How Race Morning Works
If your kid’s running the dash, organizers will walk participants out to the starting area before it’s go time. Once you’re done, you can grab your awards at the registration tent as soon as results are final.

Awards Up for Grabs
Run the 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon and you’re eligible for age group awards, including overall male and female winners and masters runners 40 and up. You can also place top three, male or female, in age brackets from 10 and under up through 80 and older. Just know the Kid’s Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual Run stay untimed and don’t factor into award standings.

Worth Knowing Before You Register
If your runner is 12 or under, they can register for the 5K or 10K for $17. You’ll be racing rain, shine, snow, or cold, since organizers only cancel if the venue requires it or ice makes the course unsafe. Registration fees are non-refundable, but your shirt and medal are still yours to pick up if plans change.

Stick around after the finish line for the after party and a lineup of local vendors, and pull up the course maps for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon online if you want to scope out the route before race day.
