Brooklyn Meets the Ozarks as Bandits on the Run Bring It to Fayetteville
There’s something about live music outdoors on a Sunday evening that just works, especially when anyone can jump in and play. TheatreSquared is turning its Spring Street commons into an open jam session this weekend, and a Brooklyn band is waiting at the end of it. It’s the kind of night that starts casual and builds into something you didn’t plan to stay for as long as you do.

Pick Up and Play
The evening opens with a bluegrass jam session led by Ozark Folkways. You don’t need to be a polished player to join in. Bring an instrument, find a spot, and add your sound to the mix. If you’d rather listen, that works too.
Then Brooklyn Takes the Stage
Once the jam wraps, Bandits on the Run take over. The Brooklyn indie-folk-pop-Americana band brings a layered sound that moves between acoustic warmth, pop sensibility, and full-tilt Americana energy. This is their kind of room.
Before You Head Out
TheatreSquared asks that you register in advance for headcount. Complete the full checkout process at tix.theatre2.org/32502/33307 to hold your spot. The show takes place outdoors, weather permitting, so bring a lawn chair. Wicked Wood Fired Pizza and Pedal Pops will be on site if you need something to eat.
