Climb It! Brings Kids Rock Climbing to Springdale

Rock climbing teaches kids things a gym class can’t: how to read a wall, trust your grip, and think through the next move before your arms give out. This June, Climb It! gives kids the chance to find that out firsthand, guided by certified instructors from Arkansas Rock Climbing Guides LLC.

What Your Kid Will Learn

Your camper will work through the core skills: bouldering, belaying, and climbing safety. Most of the week takes place indoors, but Friday moves outside to two off-site climbing areas nearby. On those days, you’ll drop your camper off at the alternate location rather than Jones Center.

No Experience Required

Climb It! is built for beginners from the ground up. Your kid doesn’t need to have touched a climbing wall before — the guides cover everything from gear basics to hands-on technique, indoors and out.
