What to Expect

The brunch is a full buffet spread running five hours with plenty of room to linger over a meal without feeling rushed. The hot buffet includes caramel apple crepes, ham and white cheddar quiche, biscuits and gravy, French toast with cinnamon maple syrup, thick cut smoked bacon, seared salmon with Creole sauce, creamed spinach, scrambled eggs, mac and cheese, wild boar hash with feta cheese, green beans with bacon jam, and assorted breads and pastries. The carving station features flank steak with creamy horseradish sauce and au jus, and honey ham with Creole mustard jus.

The cold buffet covers fresh fruit and berries, cheese and charcuterie, shrimp cocktail, a salad station with assorted toppings, spinach artichoke dip, deviled eggs, and smoked salmon. Desserts include strawberry shortcake, chocolate bon bons, lemon blueberry cheesecake, crème brûlée, soufflé bread pudding, and seasonal bread pudding with pecan praline.
