Family Day Is Back with Curious George, Clifford, and Daniel Tiger
Arkansas PBS is bringing Curious George, Clifford, and Daniel Tiger to the Jones Center for a morning of games, giveaways, and enough energy to keep everyone on their feet.
Family Day returns to Springdale with four hours of screen-free entertainment that’ll keep your kids busy from start to finish.

Who’s Making an Appearance
The stars of the show are the PBS Kids costume characters roaming the venue all day. Curious George will be there in all his mischievous glory, Clifford the Big Red Dog is making the trip from Birdwell Island, and Daniel Tiger is ready to teach everyone about feelings (because we all need that reminder sometimes). Bring your camera for photo ops, character hugs, and high-fives that make great memories.

What Else Is Happening
Beyond the character meet-and-greets, the Jones Center will be loaded with activities designed to keep little hands busy. Your kids can explore interactive learning stations that encourage creativity and curiosity, listen to storytelling sessions, and jump into games and hands-on projects. Arkansas PBS is also providing free healthy snacks for children throughout the event, and there will be giveaways and prizes sprinkled throughout the day.

While the event is free, organizers are asking families to reserve their spot online to help with planning. It’s a quick step that ensures there’s enough space, snacks, and activities for everyone who shows up.

It’s free, it’s fun, and it’s the kind of community event that makes Springdale worth exploring on a Saturday morning.
