Fins, Fossils, and a Few Surprises
The Museum at the Library is back with a pop-up display of shark specimens pulled straight from the University of Arkansas Museum’s collections. You’ll get to check out actual shark teeth, eggs, and megalodon fossils.

These are specimens that normally live in a collections facility and are only accessible by appointment. Museum staff will be on-site to walk you through what you’re looking at and field your questions.

7.5 Million Objects and Counting
The University of Arkansas Museum holds more than 7.5 million objects spanning archaeology, ethnology, geology, history, and zoology. It’s a rare chance to get hands-on with collections that don’t regularly see the public, and the staff who know them best will be right there with you.

Admission is free, so grab your crew and head to the Fayetteville Public Library. Check the library’s website for the building map and full accessibility details before you go.
