Lace Up for Saturday Morning Miles in Springdale

This event has already happened. It took place on January 17, 2026. See what's coming up instead

Saturday morning miles are calling, and The 479 Run Club is ready to guide you through Springdale streets. Join runners of all levels at Highlands Oncology for a no-pressure group run followed by snacks courtesy of Blue Cross Blue Shield.

What’s Happening

Here’s how it works. Show up, follow the route, and run whatever distance feels right. Whether you’re logging 2 miles or 10, there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone but yourself.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is providing post-run snacks, so plan to hang out after you finish. It’s a chance to catch your breath, meet other runners, and enjoy some well-earned fuel.
