Lowell’s Newest Female Athlete Gym Is Opening with a Neon Workout Night
Lowell has a new gym built specifically for female athletes, and it’s opening with a workout you can be part of. The concept behind Brick Strength is that sport performance and personal development aren’t separate goals — they’re the same work. Sessions run in small groups of six athletes, coached individually, with programming designed to build strength, speed, and the kind of confidence that follows an athlete off the field and into the rest of her life. Friday night is your chance to see what that looks like up close.

Glow Up and Get Moving
Kick Off Night runs as a partner workout, so bring your athlete, a teammate, or whoever’s been on the fence about trying something new. The neon dress code is part of the experience, not just a suggestion. 7 Brew energy shots are waiting when you arrive, and giveaways keep things going all night.

Summer Strength Starts June 8
If the event sparks interest in what year-round training looks like, Summer Strength begins June 8. Spots are capped to maintain the coach-to-athlete ratio the gym is built around.

Friday night is a good way to see the space, meet the coaches, and decide if it’s the right fit before spots fill up. Registration is open now at brickstrength.com/summerstrength.
