How the Night Works

You arrive, grab a set of wireless headphones, and choose between three DJ channels playing at the same time. Everyone shares the same dance floor, but your headphones control what you hear, so you can flip between sets whenever you want. Bars stay open and the DJ mixes keep going the whole night. You can arrive whenever works for you and head out whenever you’re ready, just hang onto your registration if you plan on stepping out and coming back in.

Contests and a Raffle Worth Sticking Around For

At 10 PM, judges hand out three titles: Best Ugly Sweater or Outfit, Merriest Dancer, and Santa’s Favorite. Bring your most over-the-top holiday look and see where you land. Then at 11:30 PM, one lucky guest wins the raffle, a one-night stay at The Compton Bentonville plus a $150 food and beverage credit. You have to be present to win, so don’t duck out early.

Getting In and Getting Settled

Check-in happens at the Dogwood Ballroom, at the top of the atrium stairs, where the team fits you with your headphones and points you toward the dance floor. Your ticket is all digital, so pull it up on your phone and skip the printer. If you’d rather not worry about how you’re getting home, you can grab a hotel room ahead of time, the day of, or even at the last minute through the front desk.
