Slow Down and Camp Out at Lake Leatherwood This Autumn Equinox

The Autumn Equinox has a way of pulling people outdoors, and TrailMix NWA is giving you a reason to actually do something about it. Their annual Fall Campout returns to Lake Leatherwood in Eureka Springs, and the whole weekend runs on shared meals, community, and connecting with nature as the seasons change.

You don’t need a backpack full of gear or years of trail experience to fit in here. The group field at Lake Leatherwood gives you a home base to explore from, with meals to share, conversation, and time outdoors as the weekend unfolds.

Where You’ll Actually Be Sleeping

Registering through the link above locks in your spot in the group field campsite, which TrailMix reserves specifically for this event. The campground bathhouse sits a bit of a walk from the field, though there’s an outhouse closer by if you need something nearer to camp.

If tent life in a shared field isn’t your style, Lake Leatherwood also has private primitive sites, electric tent sites, cabins, mini cabins, and RV sites. Those aren’t part of the TrailMix group reservation, so you’d book them separately through the park and they’re subject to availability.
