What’s On the Menu
Your plate starts with the restaurant’s award-winning Biscuits & Gravy, served alongside other signature dishes like Country Fried Steak & Eggs and Chicken & Waffles. Hand-cracked omelets and plate-sized pancakes cover anyone craving something heartier, and the Loaded Sticky Biscuit brings cinnamon filling and vanilla icing into the mix for guests who want dessert with their morning coffee.
To wash it all down, you’ll find handcrafted cold brew lattes, iced teas, lemonades and specialty sodas on the drink menu, giving you plenty of ways to customize your visit beyond the usual cup of coffee.
Familiar Faces Behind the Counter
This marks The Big Biscuit’s second Northwest Arkansas location, following the 2024 Fayetteville opening. The same husband-and-wife franchise team that opened the Fayetteville restaurant is running the show in Rogers. Their experience running that first Arkansas location carries over to Rogers, giving you a second spot in the region to get your biscuit fix.
