Rip and Dip Combines a Bike Leg and a Creek Float into One Race
Rip & Dip does exactly what the name says: you ride, then you paddle. The event runs June 20 out of The Bend NWA in Bentonville, putting you through a bike leg and a creek float before finishing back where you started. Two sports, one morning, zero excuses.

How It Works
Start and finish at The Bend NWA. The Rip is a 19-mile bike leg on the Razorback Greenway for road, gravel, Gnargo, and commuter riders, or 19 miles of single track for mountain bikers. Two MTB route options are available:

Once you’re back at The Bend, you grab your kayak or SUP for the Dip: a 4-mile float down Little Sugar Creek, taking out near Phat Tire Shop in Bella Vista. Your bike will be waiting there for the ride back to the finish.

Where Your Entry Fee Goes
Ozark Kayaks offers kayak and SUP rentals if you need gear for the Dip. Call (479) 866-0900 to get set up before race day. Proceeds from the event go to Pedal It Forward, a local nonprofit that gets bikes to people who need them.

Spots fill up, so get registered before June 20 gets here.
