37 North Expeditions Brings Art and Nature Camp Back to Crystal Bridges This June and July
Some of the best art supplies aren’t found in a store. At 37 North Expeditions’ Art and Nature Camp, the paintbrush is a pinecone, the canvas is a creek bank, and the classroom winds through the trails at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville. Three sessions are open this summer.

Creeks, Trails, and a Little Bit of Wild
Guided by naturalists and outdoor educators from 37 North Expeditions, campers spend the week on the museum’s art trails and along the creeks, learning to identify local plants and wildlife. The real draw is what happens when those two worlds collide: kids gather what they find outside and turn it into art. Leaves, bark, stones, and creek-side finds all become raw material.

Each session runs Monday through Friday. The June 8–12 and July 6–10 weeks meet in the morning, and the June 22–26 week meets in the afternoon.

A Week Your Kid Will Actually Talk About
37 North Expeditions builds youth programs around real outdoor skill-building, and this camp follows that same approach. Campers spend the week exploring, observing, and creating, and they’ll have nature-based artwork to take home at the end of it.

Registration is open now. Crystal Bridges members get a discounted rate, so check your membership status before you sign up.
