A Scoop of Gratitude
The Rotary Club is pairing the day with an ice cream social, so you can share a cold treat with veterans and their families in an atmosphere of fellowship and gratitude. A thank-you goes down a little easier with a scoop on top.
At 1 p.m., a brief ceremony recognizes the men and women who have served the nation. Meteorologist Dan Skoff serves as Master of Ceremonies, so for one afternoon the forecast is all gratitude.

A Flag for Someone You Love
Each flag in the field can be dedicated to a veteran, an active-duty service member, or a first responder.

Got a grandpa who served? A neighbor at the fire station? Dedicating a flag is a way to honor one specific person’s service, and you can still add one through their link or QR code.
